Remains

Waste serves as a mirror reflecting the dynamics within each home. Furthermore, at a higher level, waste intertwines with the social fabric of human existence, encapsulating shifts in lifestyle, residential patterns, socio-economic circumstances, and even interpersonal dynamics. This concept aligns academically with the field of garbage archaeology.

Annually, as the Persian New Year arrives, individuals, in keeping with tradition, eagerly show in the new year by renewing their homes. Aligned with nature’s renewal, they discard their worn-out and old belongings, leaving them beside the garbage bins. These disposables not only reshape the urban landscape but infuse it with a different spirit.
